Dearest Mary,I thank God I was able to say goodbye to my brother Jim, the emotional pain I am in cannot be compared to the emotional pain you and your family are going through at this time. I read the poem "Miss Me" and I thought it would fit you and your children from the wonderful stories you shared at the hospital.........
"When I come to the end of the road
and the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom filled room
why cry for a soul set free.
Miss me - but not too long
and not with your head bowed low;
remember the love that we once shared
miss me - but let me go.
For this journey we all must take
and each must go alone;
It's all a part of the Master's plan...
a step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick of heart go to the friends we know
and bury your sorrows doing good deeds.
Miss me - but let me go!" (Author unknown)
May your love of God give you the strength in your faith and your wonderful memories of Jim, help you in your new journey. God Bless you, Teri, your sister-in-law.

I went to Avondale Grammar and Aqua Fria H. S. with James. We worked together for our new church. James was so kind, friendly and a very hard worker. My sympathy goes to his family and friends who will miss him. I am so sorry.

Oh, my dear Uncle Jimmy, I'll never forget you! You are the one who taught me how to dance when I was 16! Because I was to be a bridesmaid at the wedding for you & Aunt Mary. And yes, we DANCED! We had fun! You were a kind, gentle & patient man. Now, I imagine you dancing in heaven, my sweet Tio. Love, Rita Magdaleno & family

A very kind man. I remember when my aunt Mary was going to marry Uncle Jimmy. I saw pictures of him in his white uniform and was impressed by his handsomeness. He was a quite and observant man who spoke with thoughtfulness.

To learn of your status after seeing that beautiful wedding picture was as sorrowful as our emptiness in our mind of the appropriate words to say. Our deepest condolences and may there be peace and comfort in all your family's hearts.

I will miss dad, I call him dad because he treated me like a son and was such a great example of a provider, father and husband. I loved to watch his slick dance moves and boy was he good at pool and cards.. Love you pops, until we meet again..
