Howard, James W.
56, passed away on December 10th, 2013. Jim, a lawyer filled with many words, words of advice, words of wisdom, and words of love for his family. Jim worked hard at his job, but the job he worked hardest at was being a loving, caring, silly father to his three children Jordan, baby Connor, Courtney, and a loving husband to the woman who stole his heart, Katie. Jim's four sisters, Beth Copher, Amy Howard, Jenny Pickard, Tessa Pierce, along with his nieces and nephews will miss their brother and Uncle Jim who always brightened the room with his lively stories and his free spirit. During Jim's free time, he'd immerse himself in the beauty he felt hiking the trails of Arizona often times with his daughter Jordan at the White Tanks and Squaw Peak. Jim also enjoyed running along his favorite Bridal Path on Central. Jim's witty, spontaneous, sarcastic, often arrogant personality understood by his family and all who had the pleasure of knowing Jim will be deeply missed. A memorial service will be held at Messinger Indian School Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd., Tuesday December 17, 2013 at 6pm. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to be made to The Kenneth Connor Howard Education Fund at Chase bank, 7022 N. 7th Street Phoenix, AZ 85020.
