Jay, I went by the shop yesterday for the first time since I left almost 4 years ago, and I felt like such an Idiot.... I didn't know what had happened. I guess i fell of the face of the earth when I moved. Anyways I was looking for you to tell you how much you meant, how sorry I was, and to say thank you for helping threw the second hardest time in my life (this being the first) I would have never made it threw or been as strong as I was if you hadn't been there. I love you and always had, I just wish I would have told then.

Jaysin, You really taught me not to judge a book by its cover - You evolved from being the crazy acquaintance/co-worker to someone I am proud to call one of my few true friends. I miss u.....

We lived across from your aunt and uncle (mom and dad as you often called them). Weve known you about 10 years although lately we havent talked much. We watched you grow into a respectful man and everybody is so proud of what you grew up to be. Your laugh and personality will be greatly missed. We will always cherish the memories we have had with you.

Jayson- You will be missed! We didn't know eachother that well, but everytime we talked, we were always laughing about somethin, or you were finding something to give me crap about! Everytime we hung out, or I seen you, we always had a good time. You're a great, talented person and will never be forgotten. Rest In Peace, J.

jason who we only new for a brief momement in time. he worked us at incision tattoo for about six months. jason was a breath of fresh air in our tattoo studio that was verry much needed at that time, he brought up our spirits when he would show up for work, and when he left us to go to work at another shop we were verry sad to see him go. jason new he always had a place here at incision if he ever wanted to come back. he still came here to get tattooed by my partner dave, we enjoyed it when he did so. it was always nice to see jason. every one that jason brought to the shop was very nice as well, and a pleasure to meet. so we raise a glass to jason, and he will always be there in our hearts for ever! this one is for you jason p loveless, tattooist till the day he died

Jaysin - The short 5 years I've known you have been a little crazy. Mike is right about the laugh. It will be in my mind always as well. And of course, I have your mark on my back for the rest of my life. You will definitely be missed by everyone. You just had a presence about you that was like no other. I'll see you another day.

Jayson,
You were a good friend to many, especially to my own personal friends and family. I truly believe you touched everyone you came in contact with, because you have done so with me. You extended your hand to strangers; you made people close to you laugh, and you always respected individuals no matter what their differences might have been. I always respected your perseverance, your self motivating style, and your creativeness. It is very sad and frustrating to know that you no longer here with us, but I know you are in a good place now. I am very happy to say that I’ve known you for a long while, and I’ll cherish the message you’ve brought to everyone which is…enjoy life and the people who surround you, because it can all be gone in an instant. I’ll think of my friend always, and I’ll always recall the day you went and saw Superman Returns with me, it was a fun and entertaining night with the boys. The tattoo art you inked on my family’s bodies has now become a reminder. It will remind us everyday to make every effort to stay decent, loving, and humble. Take care J, and always look down on us from above. We all love you, and I’m proud to say you were my friend.

Jayson, I will never forget the first time we ever spoke to each other. We were working together at Matrix, it was my 22nd birthday, and you offered to give me a free tattoo. Over time we became friends. You used to let me see the new pieces you were working on, and although some were a little too weird or dark for my taste, they were all beautiful in their own way. It's a shame that you had to leave us so soon.

Jayson A.K.A. Hefty..you always hated when we called you that. I remember when I first met you through J. when I was 12 or somewhere around that age, well I am 25 now so it has been a long time since we first met and we have shared some good times and some bad times, but these are the worst of times...I will never forget you..it would be hard even if I wanted to, seeing how I have some of your first tattoos you ever gave...I was one of your test subjects which was scary at first, but I knew you were an artist and they turned out brilliant. You were family man.. and in my heart you always will be.spread your wings and fly and shine your light down on us all.

A bright light has left us only to become a star shining in the heavens forever..
I met Jayson in 2001 at Matrix Financial. He became part of my family.
I watched him become what he wanted more than anything a tattoo artist. I got to be his first color piece! :)
I had the honor of watching him grow as an artist but more importantly as a man. He was a kind and loving gentle man. Always there when his friends/family needed him.
He is missed more than ever he would have ever imagined.
Forever in my heart
Hugs and kisses
