Kevin Tyler Betcher Obituary
Betcher, Kevin Tyler
passed away in the early hours of October 26, 2015 at the age of 30 in Puyallup, Washington. He was a beloved son, brother, friend, husband, father and soldier. He served his country for 8 years completing two tours of service in Iraq, attaining the rank of Army Sergeant. He leaves behind two wonderful children, Sidney Anne and Bradley Thomas Betcher, their mother Catherine Seaton, loving sisters Nora Payne and Elyse Betcher, brother-in-law Lewis Payne, loving parents Brian and Jana Betcher and his grandmother Mildred Betcher. We will all miss his amazing humor and deeply held opinions of how life should be lived - he was never shy about sharing. Kevin was loved by many and people gravitated to his personality. He was a loyal friend as his fellow soldiers can attest. He lived life intensely and excelled at his endeavors. Kevin - we miss you greatly now, but will see you again! A celebration of life is planned for Sunday, November 8, at Sun Valley Community Church - Tempe Campus Chapel, 6101 S. River Drive, Tempe, AZ, 85283, at 2:00 p.m. As an alternative to flowers the family would like donations to be made to respected Veteran's organizations, especially those that assist soldiers and families dealing with PTSD. Local arrangements were entrusted to Mariposa Gardens Funeral Care, www.mariposagardens.com, Mesa, AZ.
