Lecil T. Albright, 66, of Tolleson, AZ died suddenly on Sun- day afternoon April 27th, 2003. Lecil was born November 5, 1936 in Mexico, Missouri, but had lived in Arizona since 1945. He is survived by his wife Pamela, daughter Amy (Steve) Hunsaker and granddaughters Chalet and Heidi of Joseph City, AZ and "son" Lance Manning of Gilbert. Brothers -in-law Delmer Caudle and Don Leonard. Cousins Pat Mister, Vi Woodson, many extended family and "a world full of friends". Lecil was the plant manager of Tolleson Steel Company for the past 41 years. He was also a previous two term mayor of the City of Tolleson, a long time councilman had served on various city planning and zoning and other boards for the city during the 1960's, 70's and 80's. He was a recent Rotary Club Man of the Year recipient and supported the youth athletic group of the west side for many years. Viewing, May 1, 2003, 9am-11am, funeral is at 11am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 701 N. 95th Ave., Tolleson, AZ. Crystal Rose Funeral Home made the arrangements.
