Walker, Marjorie F.
of Scottsdale, AZ passed peacefully away on February 29, 2016. Marge was born on July 19, 1921, to her parents, Clark and Belva Withers in Huntington, West Virginia, and had one sister, Mary Faye, who preceded her in death. Marge married John P. Walker on March 23, 1943, and welcomed their only son Timothy Craig Walker. Marge worked as a Secretary to the Superintendent of Schools in West Middleton, Ohio. John and Marge were able to travel the world together as she accompanied him on business trips to which she had such great memories. After John's retirement they moved to Scottsdale to enjoy the sunshine. There they met a great group of friends at Scottsdale Country Club. They both had a great love of golf. This passion earned her a hole-in-one on the 8th at Scottsdale Country Club. Another interest she enjoyed was playing Bridge with great friends. Her love for her son Tim was so great. She was so proud of his accomplishments and how he was able to see the world, just like his father, John. He never failed to spend Holidays and time between his trips with her. Something she always looked forward to. Marge is survived by her son Tim Walker of Kirkland, Washington, and her nieces Jeanette Dillon and Connie Kuhn, both of West Virginia. Visitation will be held at Messinger Indian School Mortuary at 7601 Indian School Road on Thursday, March 3rd from 4-6. Burial will be at Paradise Memorial Gardens 9300 E. Shea Blvd on Friday, March 4th at 9:30. Memorial services will follow at 11:00 at Valley Presbyterian Church located at 6947 E. McDonald Road, Paradise Valley, AZ. Contributions can be made to .
