went back home on May 22, 2016 at the age of 78. Max was born on November 27, 1938 in San Rafael, New Mexico. Max served in the United States Army. He enjoyed watching Boxing, and had a mean right hook. Max is preceded in death by his parents Max Sr and Piedad. Sister's Viola Beights Verdugo (Tony) Jennie Ramirez ( Raymond), Mary Garcia and Brother Joe Chavez. Max leaves behind 1 Brother Bernie Chavez and 12 Nieces, 14 Nephews, 32 Great Nieces, 37 Great Nephews, 20 Great Great Nieces and 20 Great Great Nephews. Max was very much Loved and will be Dearly Missed. Memorial services are June 2, 2016 at 7 pm at Universal South Mountain Mortuary, 7007 South Central Ave., Phoenix, Arizona.
