Michael ""Dude" "Mikey"" Armstrong Obituary
Armstrong, Michael "Dude" "Mikey"
23, of Phoenix, AZ. Passed away February 5th, 2016. Michael is survived by his parents Michael Armstrong, and Carrie Armstrong, Grandparents Ron and Bonnie Colvin, Tim and Debbie Weaver, Sister Cayla, as well as many loving Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Michael attended North Canyon High School, and Played Football. He loved to Bowl and received numerous trophies. Michael loved giving to others, he was a most giving person, with a "Heart of Gold". He never met a stranger and would give his last dollar to someone in need, then come home to borrow a twenty. He enjoyed holidays and helping put up decorations for each special occasion. For his young age of 23 he did quite a bit of traveling, he had been to Washington DC, Missouri, Hawaii, Texas, Nevada and of course California (he loved the Beaches in San Diego). Some of his favorite foods were Granny's corn casserole, stuffed japalenos, and Chicken salad on rye, pepperoni pizza and fast food. Michael liked to cook and bake coming up with new recipes. He was a great planner and organizer. He was not a morning person. Michael worked in Fast Foods, and was looking forward to a new position as a Shift Manager. He was "blessed" with many lasting friendships. Michael "Dude" "Mikey" was dearly loved by his entire family and equally returned their love. A visitation will be held from 7-9:00 pm on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Phoenix Memorial Park Mortuary, 200 W Beardsley Rd Phoenix 85027.
