Marks, Richard "Dick"
Born into the large family of Venone Hall and James Marks on September 19, 1929 in Winslow, Arizona. He is survived by his wife Judy Marks, six children, one stepson, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was raised in Lehi, Utah where he lived until joining the service in 1946. While in the service, Dick served in both the United States Army and Marines. He began his career in medicine as an x-ray technician before to going into anesthesia where he worked for 40 years. After several years of practicing anesthesia in Arizona, Dick worked in hospitals across the United States where he made many friends prior to retiring at the age of 77 in Anthem, Arizona. Dick loved spending his retirement reading and collecting antiques. Services will be held at Avenidas Funeral Chapel Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 9:30 AM with graveside services at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona to follow.
