Ellis, Robert Ray (Bob)
57, of Phoenix, AZ passed peacefully into eternal rest at home on December 03, 2015. Born January 26, 1958 to Sherman Clyde Ellis and Judith Marilyn Jones. in Munich, Germany. Bob lived most of his life in the Phoenix area, working for years as a CNC Machinist took him to Illinois and Wisconsin, for a period, but he recently moved back to Arizona so that he could spend time with his children and grandchildren. Bob enjoyed computers and working on his cars and was an avid fan of the San Francisco 49ers. He was a kind, generous person and had a heart of gold. Bob's health was made fragile by cancer, three brain surgeries and a stroke and he will be missed by all who knew him. Rest in Peace our dear son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Bob is survived by his daughter, Kristen Ellis and his son, Shane Ellis and two grandchildren, Drake and Jayde Mueller, one brother, Michael Ellis (Liz), three sisters, Shirley Holm (Bob), Christina Blackshear (Frank) and Debra Ellis and several nieces and nephews. Bob is preceded in death by his parents Sherman Clyde Ellis and Judith Marilyn Jones, his brother Bruce Ellis, two nieces Aimee Holm and Nicole Ellis and one nephew, Jason Blackshear. Memorial Service-Celebration of Life will be held Monday, December 7, 2015 @ 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m, 10401 N Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ 85020, Arrangements have been entrusted to Best Funeral Services, Phoenix.
