On March 31, 2016, Mr. Sheldon Jacoby suddenly passed away at 69 years young. He was born in New York City and Honorably served In the United States Air Force, He was a prominent figure in the Copier industry, and enjoyed a long career. Mr. Jacoby also worked at Saxon Industries, as Midwest Regional Manager in the 1980's. He eventually became self employed and worked for many years in commercial leasing and finance. He retired in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2001. An avid fisherman for many years, Mr. Jacoby won an Award for Skillful Anglers in the State of New Jersey in October 1987 after landing an 801 Lb. Bluefin Tuna. He was also a passionate golfer and enjoyed a Hole in One Award at Highpoint Golf Club, Montague, New Jersey and played many courses in Scottsdale. He is survived by his wife, Diane Jacoby of Scottsdale, AZ., his daughter, Stacey Gutterman of Chicago, Il., Her husband, David Gutterman, and his Granddaughter, Lilah; his son, Jason Jacoby of Scottsdale. His sister, Alice Jacoby Martinez and her three daughters, Hope, Emily and Lauren. His brother in law, DennisDe Bow, his wife, Margie, and their son, Justin De Bow, daughters Megan Hawthorne, Her husband, Jonathan, and their daughters, Violet and Ruby, Kelly Apel and her husband, Matt Apel, daughter Quinn and son, Griffin. And a host of many loving cousins on both sides of the family. He is missed by family, friends and associates.
