Violet Kern Obituary
Age 90 died peacefully at home in Scottsdale, AZ, on June 29, 2011. Preceded in death by husband, Oscar L. Kern; parents, Emil and Clara Albrecht; and siblings, Edna Erler, Clarence Albrecht, and Raymond Albrecht. Survived by daughters, Ilona Gram (Fred), Beverly Kern, and Elaine Hoffmann (Leon); 5 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to charity of donors' choice. Private interment Fairview Cemetery, Stillwater, MN. Friends and family may leave condolences and share memories at (www.bradshawfuneral.com).

Dear Ilona, Beverly & Elaine, My condolensces to you and your families.
Your Mom lived a long life and I hope a good life. My memories of her
go back to my childhood days when we'd visit at the house in Lake Elmo
by the fairgrounds. Your Mom was a beautiful and gracious lady.
My Mom, (Florence) is now 91. She still lives on the farm & keeps busy.
Your Dad was in Mom & Dad's wedding. I live at Winsted, Mn (out by
Hutchinson) and Allan lives up at Frederic, Wisc.
