Louis Vincent "Louie" Bocchini Obituary
Bocchini, Louis "Louie" Vincent
Louis "Louie" Vincent Bocchini was born on March 6, 1941. The love of my life left us on May 17, 2014. He's on a journey that he's taking without us. He leads a path for us to follow one day, we will follow quickly and easily to his outstretched arms and loving heart. We lost our grandson Skylar in 1992 and our son Vincent in 2009; they now walk together hand in hand through the gardens of heaven leaving a trail for their loved ones to follow. We will all walk together again, this is God's promise. Louie leaves behind his loving wife of 42 years Angie, his beautiful daughter Lori and her two daughters Tristane and Anjali, his handsome son Frank and lovely daughter-in-law Carla, their two sons Louis and Vance, he's preceded in death by his oldest son Vincent who left us our two wonderful granddaughters Tiffany and Elizabeth and each giving us the 2 most loving great granddaughters Miss Isabella and our Little Queen Khaleesi. A businessman of great proportion, so many of the kids would call him the "Vans Man" for his conception and success of Vans California Daze, what a ride for all teenagers. He successfully helped build Van Pro Shops with his family saying "Dad, we don't need golf courses to make Van's grow" and they still succeed after their sale in 1997. If God ever needed a great merchandiser in Heaven he has one now!!! Louie is also preceded in death by his father Van & mother Betty. He also leaves behind 2 brothers Michael & Frank and 2 sisters Betty Ann, her husband Don & beautiful Georgia. And so many nieces and nephews that always honored him. Never forget he was religious, honest, compassionate, unconditional, forgiving and ethical. His wit, charm and humor were contagious. This man was a loyal loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to all. A viewing will be held on Monday, May 26, 2014 from 5-8PM at Holy Cross Catholic Mortuary with a rosary to be recited at 7PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 10AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 13720 W. Thomas Road, Avondale. Burial with military honors will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Mortuary. God speed my Love your Wings Embrace us Forever.
