Helen Guerrero was granted her angel wings on May 25th, 2014. Her final days were spent surrounded by family members. She was the daughter of Jesus Felix and Maria Felix. Helen was born August 1st, 1935 in Chandler, Arizona and raised in Tempe, where she attended Tempe High School and graduated class of 1954. Shortly after High School she met her husband of 57 years, Alex. Together in 1970, they started the Real Estate Brokerage "Casa de Guerrero Realty". Throughout the years many family members have worked for the firm which is now under the guidance of their sons. Helen enjoyed listening to her music, playing her piano, sewing, cooking, traveling with her husband and she greatly enjoyed spending time with her sisters, daughters and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Alex and son Larry. Helen is survived by her two sisters, Virgie Sussex and Theresa Felix. Her children and spouses Cecilia and Troy, Alex, Jr., and Sylvia, Christine Williams, Jeff and Diana, Robert, and her 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A Eulogy and Rosary will be held from 6:00 - 7:00 pm, on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2014 at Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 East Southern Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85042. A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30 am, Wednesday, June 4th, 2014 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1800 East Libra Drive, Tempe, Arizona 85283, with a Graveside Service at City of Mesa Cemetery, 1212 North Center Street, Mesa, Arizona 85201.
