passed away suddenly on August 13, 2014 at the age of 69. He is survived by his loving daughter Mina Lafayette-Siebold, Andre Lafayette, Bubba Lafayette and his three grandsons Matthew, Erik and Aiden. Frank was born in El Paso, TX in 1944 son of Bertha Silva of AZ, and the late, Frank Lafayette Sr., Earl Chamberlain and Brother Randy Chamberlain. Surviving brothers Robert and his wife Marsha of AZ, Sister Elizabeth (Betty) and her husband John Santiago of NJ, Thomas and his wife Jackie of AZ, Mark and his wife Maggie of AZ, and many nieces and nephews. Frank grew up in El Paso,TX and Elizabeth, NJ. Eventually he moved to Phoenix in 1985. Frank worked for Cox Communications for 20 years and then retired. He was a passionate Photographer and loved his VW Bug and his puppy. He enjoyed Boating at Lake Mead and loved taking road trips all over Arizona with his kids. He liked to watch SpongeBob SquarePants, nature shows and cartoons. He also liked spending time with friends at the Steel Horse Saloon. His "Celebration of Life" will be held at the Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary at 200 W. Beardsley Rd Phoenix, AZ 85027 on Tues. Aug. 19th 2014 at 2PM. He will be sorely missed by his daughter, sons, grandkids, Mother, brothers, sister, family and friends. Frank was a loving and devoted father who put his family first.
