Berling, Robert Edward
a beloved father of two and dedicated husband of forty-four years to his wife, Cora-Lynn, went home to be with the Lord October 15th, 2010 with his family by his side. Bob was born March 12, 1939 in Newport, KY, and later chose Arizona to build his home, family and career. He continued his walk with Christ as a member of Red Mountain Community Church in Mesa. Bob will be remembered always as a selfless care provider to loved ones, friends, and others in need. His smiling, positive attitude toward life will be missed by all who knew him. He was best friend to his son Jeff and wife Lina Berling, treasured "Daddy" to his daughter Julie and husband Adam Hyzdu, soul-mate to his wife Cora-Lynn and "Poppy" to his six grandchildren. He is survived by five sisters; Ruth, Alma, Mary, Marge, LaVern and two brothers, Fred and Jim, and was preceded in death by his brother, Paul. Bob was dearly loved by all and we will miss his immeasurable strength, attitude and joy. He will remain in our hearts forever. A celebration of Bob's life will be held at Red Mountain Community Church (RMCC), 6101 E. Virginia St., Mesa, AZ on Saturday, October 23 at 4pm, reception following.
