of Tempe left a hole in the hearts of many when he passed away March 21st, 2011. Extraordinary in every way, Larry loved cars, conversation, laughter, and telling stories of growing up on the water in Maryland and Virginia. A well respected motivational speaker, author and long time member of the Lions Club, Larry developed life long friendships from coast to coast and beyond as he traveled for his work. He is survived by his loving companion; Sandy de Neui, daughters; Sharette Colbert and Tracey Conrad (John), grandchildren; Dalton and Jolie Colbert, and Derrik and Nicole Conrad, a large extended family, and his guide dogs; Cecil and Banner (retired). A celebration of Larry's life will be held from 10:00am to 1:30pm, Saturday April 30th, 2011 at the National Speaker's Association Headquaters, 1500 S. Priest Rd. Tempe, AZ.
