62, Apache Junction Family and friends lost a wonderful man on Sunday morning, January 13. Robert R. Evans, Jr., "Rob" to all who knew him, was a loving husband and father, brother and son. He didn't have just one circle of friends, he had many. Rob was an artist and musician and had a great sense of humor. He loved playing football at Westwood High School, motorcycles, the Superstition Mountains and cowboy hats. Rob was a visionary who dreamed of establishing an integrated behavioral health system, the foundation of which is Mountain Health and Wellness in Apache Junction. MHW is considered a model for integrated healthcare throughout the country. Rob's greatest legacy is the profound influence he had on the individuals and families he counseled. He gave time and energy freely and lovingly to anyone who asked for his help. Rob is survived by his wife Gail, son Trey Evans, daughters Courtney Cisty and Corinne Cisty and grandson Cole. He is also survived by his mother Nell Evans, sisters Marilyn Evans and Carolyn Baecker and brother-in-law Grant Baecker. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 24, at the Dolce Vita Community Center, 3301 S. Goldfield, Apache Junction. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Mountain Health and Wellness, 625 N. Plaza Dr., Apache Junction, AZ 85120. Arrangements were entrusted to At Season's End Mortuary, Apache Junction, AZ. (480)982-7721
