Shulak, David
David Shulak, 72, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away Monday, March 11, 2013. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 27, 1940, the son of Harry and Becky Shulak. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Gloria and daughter, Tammi. David was preceded in death by his beloved son, Judd. David loved living in AZ. It gave him a chance to enjoy his race car and all of the new people it gave him the opportunity to meet. He is also survived by his sister, Sandy Schwartz and her husband, Norman and their children, Kim and Tony of FL; brother, Jerry and his wife, Sandi and their children Brad and Stephanie and Stephanie's husband, Jeff and their children, Zach and Max, of AZ. There will be only graveside services on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 11AM at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E. Shea Blvd., on the N.E. corner of Shea and 92nd St., Scottsdale. David will be greatly missed by family and friends. Online condolences may be made at www.hansenmortuary.com. Any donations may be made to the destination of the donor's choice.
