Gostinski, Leonard "Lenny"
86, of Scottsdale went home to be with Our Lord on December 12, 2013. Lenny was born in Swoyersville, PA, married the love of his life, Bette, in 1950, and moved to Scottsdale in 1957. Lenny was a World War II veteran. He was a civil engineer, working for Bellante & Clauss early in his career; left to join Wiley & Associates, and ultimately owned the company upon his retirement. Lenny was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Kiwanis, and enjoyed golf and baseball. Lenny will best be remembered for his faith, his devotion to God and family, and his wonderful sense of humor. He loved to leave a smile wherever he went. Lenny was predeceased by his beloved wife of 58 years, Bette. He leaves loving memories to be cherished by his children, Linda, Matt and his wife Vicki; his sister-in-law Barbara; and his grandchildren who he adored, Will and Phylicia. Lenny's life will be celebrated on Saturday, December 21, at St. Daniel's Catholic Church, 1030 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, with a Memorial Mass at 11:30 a.m. Reception with a light lunch will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the , P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312.
