Carlos E. Levario Obituary
Carlos E. Levario, 43, passed away January of 2014 in Glendale, AZ from surgical complications. He is survived by sons - Jack and Tyler, mother - Penelope Levario, father - Baltazar Levario, Uncles - David Walker, Paul Dahl, & Great Uncle Jack Ladd, Aunts - Clara Walker, Linda Mell, Charlotte O'Donnell, Kelli Treybig, and numerous family members on the Levario side as well. Funeral services will be performed by Reverend Richard Rogers at the Unity of Phoenix on January 25, 2014 at 3:00 pm.
