82, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on Sat., November 21, 2015. Ed and Gloria moved from Hastings, MN in 1977 to Phoenix, AZ to pursue a better opportunity to educated their children. Ed enjoyed many different occupations with one being his favorite as a manager at Don Sanderson Outdoor Center where he had opportunities to show his knowledge and witty charm to his sales team and customers. He preferred to lighten up every occasion with humor and smiles. Ed enjoyed traveling for his career. Later in life he looked forward to attending the local YMCA to keep in good health and driving around Arizona to take in all the sites and activities. He is survived by wife Gloria; children Gayle (Mike), Michael (Bibianna), and Patrick (Jennifer); grandchildren Brittney, Shawna, Christina, Deanna, Michael, Victoria, Adam, Darren, Brian, and Dillon; sisters Betty Wenberg, Mary Bryan, and Marjorie Marwell; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Gertrude, father Edward, brothers William, Robert, and Bernard. Ed will be placed to rest in Vermillion, MN in his family plot. Services will commence at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Vermillion, MN on December 5, 2015. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers. Ed will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
