He grew up in Miami & Tempe, AZ., and has lived in Prescott since 1989, where he absolutely loved being. He attended Tempe High School and was on the wrestling team all 4 years. He was a proud man of many talents, his proudest of them being a Prescott Hotshot Wildland Firefighter from 1990 - 1996. He is preceded in death by his father, Frank; sister, Gloria; brother, Gerry; nieces, Rachelle & Jocelyn; among many other relatives and friends who he is now reunited with. He leaves behind his mother, Isabelle Bautista; siblings, Bonnie Morgan, Judy and Abe Angulo, Ralph Bautista, Monica Clayton, Marco & Susie Bautista; nieces & nephews, Buddy & Yolanda Escalante, Brittany, Angelica, Nathan, Gabriel & Jeanette Bautista, Gabriel Jr., Valerie & Scott Stewart, Devereau, Jordan, Chandler, Lori & Daniel Schmitt, Gaege, Landon, Angela Careaga, Christopher, Alyssa, Arleigh, Trace, Landon, Bubba Careaga, Mario Careaga, Sergio Careaga; Prima, Nicole Martin, Dylan, Desmond, Jessica Bautista, Brandon Clayton, Bryce, Gracie, Michael & Tommi Bautista, Vincent Bautista and many other relatives, friends and Prescott Hotshot Family. My sincere condolences to all of Eddie's friends and family. I am sure you will miss him dearly. I attended Gilliland Jr High and Tempe High School with him. He was a great classmate. Always in good humor and fun to be around. Everyone liked Eddie. I was very sad to here of his passing.

I send a prayer of peace and calm in the hearts of all those who are feeling the loss of Eddie's passing. Eddie was a classmate of mine at Tempe High School. There was always a sense of goodness whenever I was in Eddie's presence. I remembered Eddie to be a humble, kind and loving soul who cared for others unconditionally. Rest in peace eternally, my friend.......Salvatore Cafiero
