Ronald J. Levasseur, Beloved father and friend, formerly of Lewiston, Maine, died Sat., Oct., 9, 2004 at his home in Peoria, AZ at the age of 63. Born February 11, 1941 in Grand Isle, Maine, he was the son of the late O'Neil & Imelda Levasseur of Lewiston, ME. Ronald served in the US Army from 1963 to 1965.He was a union brick layer most of his life and remembered for a wonderful sense of humor and a love for golf. He is survived by his loving other, Shelly Larson of AZ, five children, sons Ronald J. Levasseur Jr. and daughter-in-law Joelle Levasseur of MA, Jon Levasseur of ME, and daughters Jackie Matthew of ME, Sonya Clifford of ME, Tammy Kloser and son-in-law Joe Kloser of MD. Two brothers, Leo Levasseur and O'Neil Levasseur, Jr. and a sister Theresa Parent, twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Fri., Oct., 15, 2004 at 2:30 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements are being handled by Heritage Funeral Chapel in Peoria, AZ.
