Beatrice George Obituary

Beatrice (Bea) E. George May 2, 1934 - January 5, 2013 Born in Brainard, Minnesota, raised in Racine, Wisconsin, Bea moved to Bakersfield shortly after marriage to Robin L. George, her life's love, companion and partner for over 60 years. The very epitome of a lady, Bea was a bright, vibrant, loving and caring person. You could not know her without loving her. Together with Robin, she served Jehovah as a devoted servant and teacher, with love and compassion for family, friends and neighbors. She is survived by her five children and their spouses: James W. George and daughter-in-law Denise, Deborah K. George Hemingway and son-in-law Don, Michael A. George and daughter-in-law Debbie, Christopher R. George and daughter-in-law Mich'al, and Bruce L. George and daughter-in-law Debra; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bea is also survived by brothers, Don Erickson and John Erickson, both of Racine, Wisconsin. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., on Saturday, January 12, 2013, at the Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 5501 E. Brundage Ln, Hall B. www.bakersfield.com/obits
