Pops, It is hard realizing your not here on earth with us. I know you are in a better place. I am going to miss our hunting trips, fishing trips and most of all, hangingg out with you. From the day I met you when I walked in and seen the fishing rods hanging I knew we would create our own bond. You were more than a father inlaw, you were dad and Jerri was mon. I'll take care of the girls just as I promised. Until I see you again, Happy trails.

To Geri and the Walker family,
On behalf of the BCCC (Bakersfield Car Club Council) we want to extend our sincere sympathy to all of you in this difficult time. Homer was a very special person and was always there for us and we will miss him. We hope Chevrolets Limited of Bakersfield will continue on. I knew things were really bad when he, along with the club, was not at the annual Cayucos Car Show last month. It's just not the same without him. He will be forever in our thoughts and prayers.
