Adrian S. Vasquez Obituary
On July 15, 2015 our beloved Adrian S. Vasquez went to be with the Lord.
He is survived by his loving wife Millie, his two daughters Miranda and Adriana Vasquez and dog Alex.
He was born on November 3, 1972 in Bakersfield to Silvano B. Vasquez and Lydia S. Vasquez. Adrian grew up in Arvin and graduated from Arvin High in 1990. His love for music began at an early age and he was a member of the Crimson Bear Brigade/Jazz Band. He learned to play 11 different instruments and was known to his band mates as "Teddy Bear". Adrian worked over 19 years for Union Pacific Railroad alongside his father, brothers, uncles and cousins.
He will always be remembered for his love of the Oakland Raiders. He watched them faithfully and attended many games.
Adrian is survived by his brothers, sister in laws; Silvano & Bertha, Mauricio & Michelle, Daniel & Christina, Augustine & Braulio, his sister Gavina, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews and the Garcia-Miranda families.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. H. De Jesus, Dr. P. Mc Cauley, Dr. G. Stainer, Dr. E. Herrera, Dr. S. Davis and Dr. S. Sharma along with the team at Fresenius Medical Group.
The viewing will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery July 23, 2015 from 6pm to 9pm, and a Rosary at 7pm. The Mass of Christian Burial on July 24, 2015 at St. Augustine Church in Lamont at 10am. Final resting place Greenlawn Southwest. Reception to follow.
