Alice Mueller Obituary

Alice Mueller May 30, 1917 - August 9, 2010 Alice Annette Reinhardt was born in Brighton, CO. After graduation from Brighton High School, she married Kenneth Mueller of Brighton, CO. They traveled to India in 1937 to work in the mission field for the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod and returned to the US in 1946 with their four children. Alice supported her husband as a Lutheran school principal and teacher in Denver, CO and Richmond, CA, and as the founder of St. John's Lutheran School in Bakersfield, CA in 1954. Alice is survived by six children: Jerry Mueller, Shirley Bohrer Capp, Roger Mueller, James Mueller, Stephanie Staley and Eileen Davidson; five grandchildren: Keith Mueller, Aaron Bohrer, Lori Meek, Eric Mueller and Hilary Davidson; and many great grandchildren who will remember their grandmother with much fondness. Alice was buried next to her husband, Kenneth Mueller, at a private service at Greenlawn Cemetery in Bakersfield, on August 12, 2010. aloha, leenie(Eileen)-my condolences go out to you and your family at this time..i have many wonderful memories of spending time at your mother's house with you and your family, listening to classical music, oil painting and eating very spicy indian entres...God bless you all and take care...
