To Sis. Margaret & the family of Bro. Arnold Magee:
We send our sincere condolences to you all at this time of sorrow. Bro. Magee was a great Christian man and one that was easy to love and get along with. I've known your family since I was a teenager myself, and never remember anything except kindness and encouragement from him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you now and in the days and weeks to come. May the Comforter give you the peace and strength you are needing now. God bless you all!
With love,

Mr. Magee was a very kind man & always greeted me with a nice warm smile when I saw him either walking to or from the mailbox or just in his yard tending to his lawn. My prayers will always be with Margaret and the Magee Family. From Tonya (Greta's sister).

Arnold, you were a great guy, and one person that I truly enjoyed talking to about the Lord!!

Bro. Magee was one of the gentlest giants I have ever met. He exemplified all that a "pillar of the church" should. I look back at the days in the Arvin church, when we tykes tried to see whose hand he would shake the hardest...turned out to be nobody's. I remember how much I enjoyed his guitar playing with Bill Ray in church services as well. As I got older, I remember the Bro. Magee coming to Truth Tabernacle and being so excited to see his former Arvin buddies. And compliments on how much he enjoyed my bass playing will always be cherished. To John, Nathan, and Naomi:
I can't forget just how proud your dad was when you were in church with him, and all the prayer requests when you weren't. I want you to know that the impact your dad had on kids like me has not gone unnoticed or been forgotten...it's just that he wouldn't have wanted any credit for it. I imagine Peter, James and John have already met Bro. Magee and tried to see whose hand he shook the hardest. Love, Jeremy
