I am so sorry to learn of Aubrey's passing. I worked with him in Bakersfield, appreciated his knowledge and loved his sense of humor and zest for life. I miss him.

What a shock it is to read of Aubreys passing!
He has always been so full of life! He was quick with a laugh and just as quick to give a helping hand! Jess amd I remember one year when Relay for life needed help to come up with the chicken at the last minute to feed thousands. Aubrey and his quick thinking and backing saved the day. If you had a problem he could figure it out and he walked that extra mile for his friends. He will be sadly missed.
We just read of your families loss a few minutes ago. So sorry not to have been at the memmorial today.

I came to California in 1961 and spent the summer with our grandmother, Dora Carter, in Visalia. That was a fun summer and I enjoyed visiting with Aubrey Jr and his family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am Aubrey's cousin, Arvilla. His father and my mother were brother and sister. We haven't been close in our adult years because of living in different cities. I have many memories of our childhood and the family fun we had. Aubrey was a character and always in trouble! He added excitment to our young years. I send my love & prayers to his family. Thanks for the memories, Aubrey!!

Although I never got to meet Aubrey Carter himself, his children Bret & Shannon are two of my favorite people in the whole world; and with their families and children, some of my fondest life's memories will forever remain. My heart is broken for each who is grieving as there is never a good time for this moment.

Aubrey was a good friend of mine. We worked together and AT&T in Alhambra, CA. He was a great cook. We used to have such laughs. He made me the best surf and turf dinner I ever had for my 40th birthday. And he even helped me move....that's a true friend. I am sad to hear he has passed on, but I will always keep him alive in my heart. Miss you, Aubrey!!!
