Her spirit continues to live on in the memories of family and friends. On February 12, 1928, a spirit was born, Carol Ann Iden, whose joyous smile lit up any room she entered. Her story began in Bakersfield, Calif. Born to Brent and Elizabeth Iden, Carol Ann was the youngest living child of five children. Carol was an avid bingo player and loved to swim and play dominoes. She faithfully attended Mass at St. Joseph's Church in Bakersfield and churches in Ventura. Carol Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Brent Iden; and sister, Beverly Herron. She is survived by her sister Virginia Baxter; nieces and nephews, Casey, Terry and Beth Baxter, John Herron and Linda MacDonald. Thank you to all the caregivers from Livingston Hospice, the staff of At Home of Ojai, and gratitude to ARC for their generosity.
