Charolette Kim Barger Obituary
Charlotte was born on January 17, 1959, to Ron and Lyda Barger, and left this world May 10, 2014, after a valiant battle with cancer.
Charlotte graduated from West High School in June 1977, She enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1980 to pursue a vocation in the medical field. She began her career in Labor and Delivery at Memorial Hospital.
The last two years of her life were spent at the coast enjoying the beach, coastal sunsets, barbecuing for friends and family, walking her faithful golden retriever "Hilo", enjoying life and living life on her terms.
Charlotte is survived by her mother Lyda; brother Ron Barger (Debbie); sister, Rebecca Trimble; her childhood very special friend, Denise Hicks of Raleigh, NC; very special cousin and friend, Teresa; nieces and nephews: Brooke Barger Petris (David), Amy McCarthy (Scott) and T.J. Trimble (Christine); aunts: Louise Henderson, Brenda Crane (David), JoAnn Barger; uncles: Dennis J. Carlile and Paul Cable. She is also survived by many cousins and special friends (you know who you are). She will never be forgotten. She was well loved by many. She was a very generous and loving person.
Services will be held at the Bakersfield Veteran's National Cemetery, at 10:00AM, Friday, May 23rd.
