Clayton Blake Goldman Obituary
Clayton Blake Goldman April 5, 1992 - December 28, 2012 Clayton was born in Bakersfield, California to John and Connie Goldman on April 5, 1992. His life was cut short in a car accident on December 28, 2012. He attended Suburu Elementary and Lakeside School. Clayton graduated with honors from Stockdale High School in 2010. He attended Bakersfield College and California State University, Bakersfield. Clayton had hoped to become a psychologist one day. He was very thoughtful and caring; Clayton was always willing to give to others. He liked helping people and he had a kind heart. Clayton enjoyed reading the classics, listening to music, and dancing. He liked sitting outside in the backyard and hanging out at the Marketplace. Clayton was very good at making us laugh and telling stories. He battled with mental illness during the last few years of his life, but he had high hopes for the future. Clayton is survived by his parents, John and Connie Goldman and his sisters, Carissa and Caitlyn Goldman. He is also survived by his Ballew and Goldman grandparents, as well as Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. He was baptized on May 13, 2012 and knew Jesus was his Lord and Savior. Clayton will be missed terribly and he will always be loved so very much. We find comfort knowing that he is in Heaven, probably dancing! Clayton's funeral will be on Thursday, January 3, 2013, 12:00 p.m., at Olive Knolls Church on Fruitvale Avenue. Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m., at Hillcrest Memorial Park on Kern Canyon Road. www.bakersfield.com/obits
