In Loving Memory of Darrel Hildebrand October 7, 1953 - November 5, 2009 The family of Darrel L. Hildebrand wishes to thank the following people for their love and support through Darrel's illness and untimely death from complications of H1N1: Chuck and Vickie Seaton, Tony and Nora Bolivar, Joe and Donna Stramaglia, Christina Brewer, Marilyn Beardslee, the staff Kern Council of Governments and too numerous to mention other friends and colleagues. Since Darrel's death his work and dedication to quality has been recognized and memorialized via the Darrel Hildebrand CSUB Scholarship Award in Public Administration, the Darrel Hildebrand Kern Cog Regional Award of Excellence and the Darrel Hildebrand San Joaquin Valley Regional Blueprint Leadership Award. Darrel, you may be gone in body from this earth but your memory will live on in all of those you have touched in your brief lifetime. We will miss you and love you always.
