Aunt Dathene was one of the funnest people i knew. WHen we were kids she would sneak us cookies and candy after my dad said no. When we would visit she would always play UNO with me. Her and my uncle Bobby always made you feel welcome in their home. I will miss her. I will send prayers out to her grandbabies for strength and faith during this time.

I met Dathene when I was 16 years old. Dathene was like a 2nd mother to me. I loved her very much and will miss her even more. My thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family.

In the 1980's and early 90's I can still remember having those Bakersfield visits over at my Sister's place and all the laughter and activity you would expect in a house full of kids (all first cousins) with Grandma present. My prayers go out to the family, especially Perry and my two nephews during this difficult time.

Dathene was absolutely our favorite aunt. She definitely had strong views and wasn't shy about sharing them. She deeply loved her family and will be missed. We Love You

Dathene will truly be missed. I can remember the days out at the lake with Bobby and Dathene when I was a kid like it was yesterday. She was a great friend to my grandma, Sue McGee, over the years. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family during this difficult time.
