Debbie Loman Obituary
Debbie Loman July 13, 1966 - August 3, 2013 Memorial services for Debbie Loman will be held at Valley Bible Fellowship on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. A public viewing will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013, at Greenlawn Mortuary on River Boulevard. A private burial will be held on August 13, 2013 for family only. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jonathan Patrick Loman Educational Fund at any Kern Schools Federal Credit Union. Debbie is preceded in death by her husband Greg Loman. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law T.J and Tamara Whitaker; granddaughter, Carly Whitaker; son, Michael Loman; son, Matthew Loman; son, Jonathan Loman; mother and father, Jim and Joyce Black; brother, Eddie Black; sister-in-law Jennifer Ragland Poe; Mother-in-law, Margo Loman; brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Vickie Loman; brother and sister-in-law, David and Tammy Loman; brother and sister-in-law, Marni and Tim Garcia; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Debbie was a faithful and devoted servant to the Lord, and on August 3, 2013, the Father called her home after a short battle with colon cancer. She loved nothing more than being surrounded by family and friends, especially her granddaughter Carly, and thoroughly enjoyed any time she could be around them. She enjoyed cooking for her family and being an all around exceptional mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She missed her husband, Greg, dearly, and often spoke of the day she would be able to receive another one of his loving and all-embracing bear hugs. The moment her soul departed from this earth, her wish was granted. She will be dearly missed, for a time, until her family is gathered with her in eternity. Glory be to God the Father, and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who by His death and resurrection has made these reunions possible, for those who know him as Lord.
