1924 - 2013 Obituary Condolences
Dorman Gibson Bell 3/2/1924 - 7/8/2013 Went home to be with the Lord July 8th. Dorman was born in Hope, New Mexico. He enlisted and served in World War II in Germany and Belgium until he was injured in duty. Having an extraordinary love for Paint Horses his entire life. He had several Paint Horses win regional and national titles. If you knew Dorman then it was very likely he had a nickname for you. Dorman lived in his home until recently and had a full life. He was a loving son, brother, friend, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters - Jean and Dorothy, his son Raymond, two grandsons Danny Crabtree and Kaleb Proctor and his great-great granddaughter Chelsey Crabtree. Dorman is survived by his sister, Dixie Maxine Paiva, daughters Jan Crabtree and Dixie Proctor along with five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. and Graveside Service is Friday, July 12, 2013 at 9 a.m. at Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery.
