Dusty DeMario Obituary
Dusty DeMario, 58, of Bakersfield, passed away on December 8, 2015 peacefully with loved ones by his side.
Dusty was born in Bakersfield, California on January 22, 1957 with Down syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. Dusty's personality was magnetic and made everyone his instant friend. With the help of his family, he never let his disability get in his way, be it walking, talking, or pushing himself on a skateboard down the road to keep up with his brothers. Dusty loved many things. Among his favorites were the Three Stooges and 49ers football. He was a joy and inspiration to all who were privileged to know him. His smile and laugh were a testament to a loving Father in Heaven.
Dusty is survived by his parents, Mary and Jay Deatherage and Frank Sr. and Vicky DeMario; Brothers, Frank Jr and wife Kay, Joe, Tony and wife Natalie; half-brothers, AJ and Jake; step siblings, Debi, Jay Jr, Linda and Steven; his niece and nephews as well as great nieces and friends who loved him greatly.
Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and caregivers who helped give him the best life possible.
