Esperanza Pasol Pacleb Obituary
Esperanza Pasol Pacleb (Panching, Ansang), 83 years old of Bakersfield, California, was called to Heaven to be with the Heavenly Father, January 25, 2015.
Esperanza was born in Pasuquin Ilocos Norte, Philippines, on October 4, 1931, to Eusebio Pasol and Severa Lagazo Pasol. Esperanza graduated from Ilocos Norte Agricultural College, continued on at St. Williams College in Laoag, Philippines, and then on to Far Eastern University, Manila, Philippines, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Education. She worked for the Department of Agriculture Extension Philippines for 20 years.
On June 25, 1969, she was married to John Pacleb. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; parents, Eusebio and Severa Pasol; brothers, Genaro and Pedro Pasol; and sister, Adelina Tabalbag.
Esperanza is survived by: son, Gil Magdirila (Nelia); daughters; Gloria Pacleb-Cadiz (Berwyn) and Gemma Pacleb-Acupan (Rene). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren: Glen Moises Sarimento, Glen Joseph Magdirila, Glen Joyce Magdirila, Kristina Cadiz, Gemalene Acupan, John Cadiz, Grace Acupan, Justin Cadiz, Khaileen Cadiz, Nathan Acupan, and Katheryn Cadiz.
Visitation for Esperanza will be held Thursday, February 5, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Greenlawn Funeral Home Southwest, 2739 Panama Lane, Bakersfield, California. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 6, 2015, at Greenlawn Funeral Home Southwest. Services will be officiated by Father Bringas. For condolences, please visit:
