Flo was bornin December 20, 1929 and went to her heavenly home on April 22, 2014
She was born in Caddo Gap Arkansas to George and Hessie Coughran. She was the sixth of their twelve children. She came to Bakersfield with her parents and younger siblings in 1947. She attended Bakersfield High School. After high school she went to Lyle's School of Beauty and became a hairdresser for the next thirty years. In her later years she enjoyed being an in-home caregiver for senior citizens.
Flossie (Flo) was proceeded in death by her parents, husband Len Crabtree, five sisters Callie, Pauline, Vernice, Maxine and infant sister and two brothers, Otis and Buddy. She is survived by her son Randal Scott Crabtree and daughter in law Lupe, grandson Scotty, and granddaughter Jessica, three sisters Inez Hackstedt (Don), Betty Warren (Jim), Freda Swan (Allen), and one bother Toy Coughran (Katie) and numerous nieces and nephews. Also many friends and a very special one Bob Mitchell.
Flo loved to entertain and cook for her family and friends. Her greatest passion was spending time with grandchildren, country music, dancing, and singing.
