Irma Villanueva Gabaldon Obituary
Irma Villanueva Gabaldon June 27, 1960-December 12, 2012 Irma Villanueva Gabaldon was born on June 27, 1960, and went to be with our Lord and Savior on December 12, 2012. Irma was a kind hearted person who always put everyone's needs before her own. She was never too busy to help family or friends. Whether it was something simple like listening or something very time consuming, she could always be counted on. She was willing to give anything and ask for nothing. She took pride in being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a faithful Catholic who devoted time to her church, St. Francis. Irma can never be replaced and will never be forgotten. She's with Jesus now. Irma is survived by her husband of 34 years, Anthony Gabaldon; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Rita Gabaldon and their children, Michael, Alyse, and Joseph; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Joseph Maldonado and children, Marcos, Diana, and Xavier; son, Jacob Gabaldon; daughter, Aaliyah Gabaldon; parents, Genaro and Julia Padron; two brothers; and four sisters. This was a very difficult time for our family, but thanks to the outpouring of love and support by the staff and families of Centennial Elementary School, our neighbors, our church families, the staff at CBCC, and the staff at Mercy Hospital during our time of need. To all our wonderful friends, who were there day and night, I wish I could name every one of you individually, but there are so many. We are blessed to have so many friends. Visitation will held on Sunday, December 16th, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 4:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Southwest Mortuary at 2739 Panama Lane. Funeral Services will be held at St. Francis at 900 H Street on Monday, December 17th at 10:00 a.m. and officiated by Msgr. Craig.
