Jacqueline Carol "Jackie" Livermore Obituary
Jacqueline Carol Livermore "Jackie" 1957 - 2012 In loving memory of Jacqueline Carol Livermore (Jackie) who was born on September 24, 1957, and passed away on December 21, 2012. Jackie was born in Baltimore, Maryland. Her parents, Jack and Carol Sparks, moved with 6-month-old Jackie to Bakersfield, where Jackie lived for over 50 years. Here she met her devoted husband, Don Livermore. Jackie was a wonderful, caring wife to Don and doted on her one son, David Livermore, who resides in Bakersfield. Jackie loved taking care of her beautiful home and was a terrific cook. She was a perfectionist and was skilled at interior decorating. Jackie loved yard sales; she was an expert at finding items of value. She also loved to travel and shared many fun trips with her husband, son, and parents. Jackie loved animals, had the kindest heart, and has left behind her beloved companions, her dog, Buster, her two cats, and her desert tortoise. Jackie especially loved the holidays and loved surrounding herself with her family. She was full of joy and had a sense of humor that was unmatched. She also shared a special bond with her niece, Sara, and the two of them spent many fun times together. Jackie is survived by her husband, Don Livermore; son, David Livermore; parents, Jack and Carol Sparks; sister, Jeanne Hamilton; brother, David Sparks; along with numerous extended family members in Bakersfield and on the East Coast. Jackie was the bright shining light of our family, and we hold her forever in our hearts.
