James Eaton Obituary
James passed on August 23, in his home where he was being cared for by his wife, Janice Eaton. James spent the majority of his life in the Kern County area where he met and married his McFarland High School sweetheart, Janice Beason-Eaton. They shared 48 years of marriage as soul mates and best friends. His smile was infectious and could dry the eye at any sad occasion. You knew that when he walked into a room there would be laughter and joy. He was an avid fisherman, loved to hunt, and enjoyed watching his many sports channels. Most of all, he loved his family. His home was an open door for all; young, old, and in-between were always welcomed!
He is survived by his loving wife Janice, Children; James-JD Eaton, Jacquiline-Sissy Eaton, Jack-Bubba (Kim) Eaton, Grandchildren; Adam Eaton, Ronald Howells, Kourtnie Howells, Sara Eaton, Great Grandchildren; Kennedy Eaton, Claire Eaton, and Matthew Abney, numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends. A heartfelt thank-you goes out to all family and friends for the overwhelming support and love.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2014, at 11:00am at the KLEA Hall, 3417 Pegasus Dr., Bakersfield CA. Gone but not forgotten, you will be forever missed!
