Joshua Cogdill Memoriam

In Loving Memory of Joshua L. Cogdill February 9, 1984 - September 18, 2009 We lost a wonderful son, great brother and fantastic friend the day God called you home. Not a day goes by that we don't remember your smile, your voice or the love you had for others that your kept close to your heart. Joshua liked a variety of music, chilling movies, baseball and loved everything about the Asian culture. All of us miss the times we would sit around with Josh and start talking about random things and we could go on for hours. A life taken too early, a star that shone too briefly, you will forever hold a special place in all of our hearts, for you will always be our angel. I have learned to survive each day without you in it. At times it is hard and I let the tears fall, but I get up every morning knowing you are watching over me and giving me strength to carry on. I love you just as much today as I did yesterday and always will. Mom

Our family knew you in apartments you and your family once lived. I still have pictures of you and your brother and sister wearing Halloween costumes for the party by the pool. You were a wonderful young man. We are all shocked at your passing last year. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane,
I'd walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again.
It's hard to believe that it's been one year. I hope your playing games with great-grandma and entertaining everyone like you did before. I miss the parties we had at your house, you sure were the life of the party. Always made me laugh and put a smile on my face. I love and miss you Joshua. Until we meet again there we always be a hole in my heart. Love Aunt Patricia. OXOX
