June D. Herrmann Sept. 25, 1923 - Sept. 22, 2013 June D. Herrmann 89, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, September 22, 2013. Visitation for June D. Herrmann will be held at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 900 H Street, Bakersfield, California on Monday, September 30, 2013 beginning at 9:00 a.m. with the Rosary being recited at 9:30 a.m. and the funeral Mass following at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Union Cemetery with reception to follow at Saint Francis in Lahey Hall. She was born June DeLou Weyler on Sept. 25, 1923 in Shively, KY. She was a history Major and enjoyed following current events. June was a former resident of Lompoc, CA and worked for more than 20 years as a Budget Analyst for the United States Air Force Civil Service at Vandenberg Air Force Base, Lompoc, CA. She was an artist and was a member of the Lompoc Art Association. June has been a Bakersfield resident for the last 12 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Gunther Herrmann, her eldest son Joel W. Burrow, her grand-daughter Jennifer Rose Burrow and is survived by her loving family, 2 daughters; Ahna June Yancey (Monte Yancey) of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and Marianne Burrow Gray (Donald Gray) of Bakersfield, California, and by her son; Anthony M. Burrow (Joann Burrow) also of Bakersfield, California. She leaves behind 7 grandchildren; Adam Yancey (Veronica Yancey), Amanda Boyd (Scott Boyd), Donovan NoRunner (Jami NoRunner), Manuel Venegas, Jr., Anthony Burrow, Jr., Zechariah Burrow, Joshua Burrow and 7 great- grandchildren; Jayden NoRunner, Kaya NoRunner, Judah NoRunner, Eleyejah NoRunner, Kanaan NoRunner, Ember June NoRunner, and Jack Patrick Boyd. She is also survived by 1 brother, Paul Weyler of Kountze, TX as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
