Nicole Aimee (Etue) Clough Obituary
Born in Toledo, Ohio, Nicole was the second of five girls that Larry and Ann Etue were blessed with having. At a young age, Nicole and her family moved to Bakersfield and she was the second from her family to graduate as a Driller at Bakersfield High School. Nicole also earned her associate degree from Bakersfield College and her bachelor's degree in Psychology from California Coast University before enjoying her career as a mental health worker for The County of Kern and Good Samaritan Hospital.
More than anything else, however, Nicole loved her two children, Quinn and Autumn. Always described as generous and tenderhearted, Nicole was thrilled to watch her son graduate from Elk Grove High School just last June and she always put her children first.
Nicole is survived by her two children, her parents, her sisters Denise Seaton, Joelle Lobos, Monique Eubanks, and Yvonne Cavanagh, her brothers-in-law Chris Cavanagh, Mauricio Lobos, and Kevin Eubanks, her beloved aunts Anne Marie Etue, Agatha Slater, and Mary Welsh, as well as a tremendous network of family and friends who knew Nicole throughout her entire life.
A memorial service will be held for Nicole on Friday, October 9, 2015 at St. Francis Church, 900 H Street, Bakersfield CA, at 9:30 a.m.
