Noma B. "Haralson" Tiner 1914 - 2013 Noma Tiner passed away in Wilsonville Oregon on Sept. 10, 2013, at the age of 99. Born in Okmulgee Oklahoma to Vincent and Bell Stone Haralson, her family moved to central valley Wasco California in 1928. She had two children, worked as a dental assistant and after marrying her husband Elmer Tiner, helped him on their farm. They appeared in Parades riding their horses, traveled in their motor home visiting the western states and national parks. They retired in Pismo Beach in 1981 and were members of the Baptist Church. Noma enjoyed reading her Bible, playing games, gardening and crafts. She is preceded in death by: husband C. Elmer Tiner, both sons Robert Doran Lambert and Gene Ray Lambert, first husband Murray Lambert, and 7 siblings. She is survived by her 3 step-daughters, Ginger and James Peters, Barbara Conacher, Lacretta and Dennis Paul; daughter-in-laws: Ari Lambert, Shirley Wright, and Shirley McDonald; loving grandchildren: Robert F. and Natasha Lambert, Valrie Lambert, Natalie Chilton, Kellie Lambert, David Lambert, Sharon Kay, Melissa and Richard Morton; and 19 great- grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend the grave side Memorial Service at 12:00 p.m., Friday Sept. 20, at Arroyo Grande Cemetery, 895 El Camino Real Arroyo Grande.
