Rev. Norman George Riddle July 21, 1925 - October 1, 2010 Visitation for Rev. Norman George Riddle will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 Niles Street) on Friday, October 8, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Norman was born in Long Beach, CA where he grew up with his two brothers, Harold and David. Bit by the missionary bug early, he and his brother David went to the beach often. Between swimming and boating, he loved to share Christ with whoever would listen! This was the beginning of a career as a missionary, spending 40 years in Congo, with his wife, Vonzeal and three daughters, Carol, Joan and Margorie. He is survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at Rosewood Health Center (1401 New Stine Road) on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the World Mission Offering.
