Ronald Mack Carroll started his race of life on April 4th, 1948 and crossed the finish line into glory on October 13th, 2015. He was born in Bakersfield, CA and grew up in the small community of McFarland. Ronnie, as his friends knew him, attended McFarland High School and became very active in sports. After graduating, Ronnie chose to serve his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After his military service, Ronnie worked many jobs but ultimately chose a career in the cotton industry. He worked for Colly-Houchin Trading Company in Buttonwillow , Ca for 29 years until his retirement in 2006. He ultimately settled in Tulare County in the city of Porterville which has been his home for the last 38 years.
Ronnie was a Christian man who loved the Lord with all of his heart. The loves of his life were God, family, classic cars, his animals and all sports including NASCAR. Ronnie was truly unique and a one-of-a-kind person who will be deeply missed but never forgotten. We love you and will see you soon.
"Have a gooder."
