Victor Gonzalez , 63, passed away September 2014 surrounded by family and friends. He was born November 1950 in Rio Hondo, Texas. He will forever be remembered for his honesty, kindness, patience, sense of humor and love for family and friends.
He loved his job in agriculture and was highly valued by those he worked alongside with. In his free time he enjoyed watching western classics and tending to his vegetable garden. He was affectionately called Victorio by his parents and siblings, but to his closest nieces, nephews and friends he was called Fred, Honey or Vic. All those who were blessed to know him knew he was one of a kind and will be eternally missed.
Victor will forever be remembered by his wife, Gloria Gonzalez, daughter, Christina Mory, 5 siblings, Eva Mejia, Amelia Macias, Carmen Salazar, Eliseo Lopez, Glafira Salazar, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Apolinar and Maria Gonzalez, and 3 siblings, Juan, Samuel and Ramon.
Victor's funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Mish Funeral Home- Oildale. Viewing will be at 10:00 a.m. and funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m.
